  1. Submit the intake form.  This is a simple questionnaire that will help me best prepare for our call. 
     

  2. Schedule your initial consultation.  The consultation must be at least 2 days after the intake form is completed.
     

  3. Sign the client agreement prior to the consultation. This will be coming to your inbox soon.
